We recognise the importance of not only the design of the cake but what’s inside. We source only the best quality ingredients to achieve the best possible flavour and texture.

All of our cakes are freshly baked to order. We offer a variety of delicious flavours and fillings to suit individual tastes. Large cakes include 3 layers of sponge, soaked in flavoured syrup with 2 layers of buttercream and fruit preserve or chocolate ganache fillings. Our moist fruit cakes contain brandy soaked vine fruits and a generous blend of spices. Please take a look at our menu below:
