I ‘ve always had a passion for cakes. 7 years ago I was able to take all of my skills and experience and make my dream of designing cakes full time a reality.

Some of the experiences that have helped me along the way include:

• Taking part in Le Cordon Blue Cake Decorating Programme in London
• Gaining valuable experience as a full time intern for an internationally recognized cake designer in London
• Working in the food industry as a Product Developer

I bake from my home in Cardiff, South Wales. My specialty is creating beautiful bespoke cakes.
